Membership Experience Leader- with Sales Experience
THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members. Hours rage from early morning shifts starting at approximately 4:45am, mid-day availability, or evening shifts ending about 8:30pm. Monday- Friday mostly. Availability to work select weekends- (no more than 3 hour shifts)
If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Sales calls to leads (previous sales experience A MUST!)
- Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
- Following up with prospect leads via phone and email
- Manage leads within our CRM
- Interact with members on social media
- Assist in creating social media content
- Administrative duties
- Deliver 5-star customer service to members
- Experience in social media/ marketing a plus
