As our Center Manager in Hillsborough, NJ, you’ll be the face of the brand, the heartbeat of the community, and the driver of transformational results. We’re looking for a high-energy, purpose-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment—and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, hit the mic, and inspire a room.What You’ll Do:
- Coach & Inspire:
- Lead 1–2 high-energy fitness classes per day (kickboxing, strength, HIIT-style)
- Build community and connection through motivation, energy, and expert instruction
- Model the MAX mission: fitness, nutrition, and unmatched support
- Drive Growth & Sales:
- Own the sales process from lead to conversion—calls, texts, tours, closes
- Drive revenue through new enrollments, memberships, and upsells
- Exceed monthly sales goals and earn commissions & bonuses for doing it!
- Market Like a Pro:
- Execute local marketing campaigns—grassroots to digital
- Host in-center events, referral programs, and pop-ups in the community
- Build strong relationships with members, prospects, and partners
- Manage Day-to-Day:
- Oversee staff, schedules, daily ops, and member engagement
- Ensure every class and every visit is a 10/10 experience
- Report key performance metrics to the leadership team
What You Bring:
• Experience in fitness, retail, or franchise management preferred• Charisma, confidence, and the ability to light up a room
• Sales-minded mentality with proven track record of hitting goals
• Passion for helping others live happier, healthier lives
• CPR/AED certified (or willingness to obtain)
• Group fitness certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
What You’ll Get:
• Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 depending on experience• Sales Commission + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
