Front Desk Member Experience Leader
THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.
If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you. Must be available Monday-Friday 4:30am-10:30am.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and visitors with a friendly smile
- Track daily membership attendance
- Sales call to leads
- Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
- Following up with prospect leads via phone and email
- Manage leads within our CRM
- Interact with members on social media
- Assist in creating social media content
- Light administrative and cleaning duties
- Deliver 5-star customer service
